Job responsibilities - 

• Develop and implement a Continuous Airworthiness Management System (CAMS), ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program for all aircrafts and flight training devices, ensure maintenance and inspections, and tracking of maintenance records.
• Monitor the performance of the aircraft and equipment to identify potential issues and take corrective action, as necessary.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of aircraft and maintenance facilities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Report all the information on incidents and accidents related to aircraft maintenance and operation to regulatory authorities & internal team.
• Provide guidance and training to maintenance personnel on best practices for aircraft maintenance and safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
